This is a digital course. Once lessons are watched, the content cannot be returned, so our policy is built around whether you have started the course.
If you have watched no more than the first lesson and it is within 7 days of purchase, email us and we will refund you in full. No explanation needed.
Once you have watched beyond the first lesson, or more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund. If you have questions about the course before buying, email us at support@aipadam.com.
If a video will not play, your login does not work, or you were charged and did not receive access, that is our problem to fix. Email us and we will either fix it or refund you in full, regardless of the time limits above.
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate in full. Email us with both payment references.
Email support@aipadam.com from the address you used to buy, with your payment ID. We reply within 3 working days.
Approved refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show the money.
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing recurring to cancel and you will not be charged again.
