This policy explains what we collect when you use aipadam.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number — entered before payment, so we can give you access, send your login link, and let you know about new courses we release.
• Payment records — order ID, payment ID, amount, and date. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
• Viewing activity — which lessons you have opened, so the site can show your progress.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through our hosting provider's standard logs.

Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This is required for the site to work.

We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It tells us that a purchase happened after an ad was seen; it does not tell us who you are personally. You can block it with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker without losing access to the course.

Who we share with

We share only what is necessary, with:

• Razorpay — to process your payment.
• Cloudflare — to host the site and deliver video.
• Meta — advertising measurement, as described above.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

We may contact you ourselves — by email or on the number you gave us — about your course access and occasionally about new courses we publish. Reply asking to stop, or write to the address below, and we will remove you. We do not message you for anything else.

If you start checkout and don't finish

Your name, email and phone are saved when you begin checkout, before payment. If you don't complete the purchase we keep those details so we can follow up once or twice about the course. Ask us to delete them and we will.

How long we keep it

Because course access does not expire, we keep your account and purchase record for as long as your access exists. Payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Write to support@aipadam.com to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Deleting your account ends your course access and cannot be undone.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Video is served through expiring, signed links tied to your login, so a copied link stops working. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

This course is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
